OVERVIEW This website is operated by Lujain Global. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lujain Global. By accessing our site and/or purchasing from our collections, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. BRAND INTEGRITY & ONLINE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our garments for any unauthorized commercial resale or illegal purposes. Any reproduction of our designs, logos, or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & DESIGN

  • The Lujain Standard: We specialize in premium oversized essentials. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the texture and weight (GSM) of French Terry may vary slightly between production batches.
  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors of our garments accurately. However, due to screen calibration differences, we cannot guarantee the exact color match on your device.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue specific "drops" or collections without prior notice.

3. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORTS

  • Global Distribution: To maintain our premium standards and competitive pricing, we ship directly from our specialized textile partners in India and across international borders.
  • International Customers: You are the "importer of record" and are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country.
  • Domestic (India): Orders are shipped via our premium courier partners. While we provide estimated delivery windows, Lujain Global is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

4. ORDERING & COD POLICY (INDIA)

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household.

  • COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Lujain Global requires a phone or WhatsApp confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any COD order that remains unverified or contains an incomplete address.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as textile designs, product photography, logos, and website copy, is the exclusive property of Lujain Global. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

6. CARE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lujain Global is not responsible for damage to garments caused by improper care (e.g., high-heat drying, bleaching, or chemical damage). Please follow the care instructions provided on the product page and garment labels to maintain the integrity of the French Terry fabric.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts where Lujain Global is registered.
