Thank you for shopping at Lujain Global. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Delivery Coverage (Important)
Lujain Global currently operates and ships exclusively within the state of Kerala. Because we operate under a specific GST small-business exemption, we cannot legally fulfill orders to other Indian states or international destinations at this time.
- Note: Any orders placed with a shipping address outside of Kerala will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
2. Production & Processing Time
Because our products are Print-on-Demand (made-to-order) specifically for you via our partner Qikink, please allow:
- Production Time: 3–5 business days for printing and quality checks.
- Exclusions: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Peak Seasons: During high volumes, production may take an additional 2 days.
3. Shipping Estimates & Costs (Within Kerala)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Verification: All COD orders will undergo a verification process via WhatsApp or Phone call. We reserve the right to cancel unverified orders.
- Refusal of Delivery: Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the customer being restricted from future purchases to prevent loss on custom-printed goods.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking link typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
6. Damages & Replacement
Lujain Global wants you to love your purchase. Since these are custom-made items:
- If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us at support@lujainglobal.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requirement: You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage. This allows us to file a claim with our printing partner (Qikink) and arrange a free replacement for you.
