At Lujain Global, we are committed to the highest standards of premium streetwear. If your purchase does not meet the quality or fit you expected, our team is here to assist you.
1. Return Window
- India: 7 days from the date of delivery.
- International: 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Quality & Eligibility
To maintain the integrity of our 240-280 GSM French Terry garments, all returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original "as-delivered" condition.
- Free from scents (perfume/deodorant), stains, or pet hair.
- Complete with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Mandatory Requirement: A clear unboxing video is required for all claims regarding missing items, physical damage, or manufacturing defects.
3. Manufacturing & Printing Defects
We take full responsibility for production errors. If your item arrives with:
- Printing Issues: Ink spreading, blurry graphics, or incorrect colors.
- Construction Defects: Faulty stitching or fabric tears.
- Action: Email support@lujainglobal.com with your Order ID and high-resolution photos/video of the defect.
- Resolution: For verified defects, we provide a free replacement or a full refund. In these cases, all convenience fees and return shipping costs are waived.
4. How to Initiate a Return (Guest or Account)
To start a return, please email support@lujainglobal.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Note: Please do not mail items back to the address on the shipping label until you receive a formal Return Authorization from our team.
5. Regional Guidelines
India Orders
- Reverse Pickup: Available for most pin codes. A convenience fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund for "change of mind" or sizing returns.
- COD Orders: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds for COD orders will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.
International Orders
- Standard Return: Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
- Eco-Credit Option (Recommended): To avoid the high cost and carbon footprint of international shipping, we offer a "Keep-the-Piece" Credit. If you are unhappy with the fit, you may keep the item and receive a 60% Store Credit to try a different size or style.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval and valid for 12 months.
